Goodwill Resin Bonded Grooved Cartridges (RBC) filters are extremely rigid. These Filters are one to one replacement for the 3M (Cuno) Micro-clean Cartridge Filter, Polyklean Cartridge Filters.

Resin Bonded Filter Cartridge features an Acrylic Fiber-Phenolic resin/ Cellulose Fibers-Melamine Resin construction that produces an extremely rigid pore structure. This construction allows the filter to withstand extreme viscosities and temperature without compression or collapse. In addition, a true graded density construction allows complete utilization of the filter's depth, with coarse particles captured in the outer zones and finer particles captured in the inner qualifying zone.

Bicomponent Thermally Bonded Filters cartridges are manufactured using a unique technology using polyphony thermally bonded bicomponent fibers resulting in a rigid complex filter matrix. The unique fiber-to-fiber bond forms a very rigid, stable porosity matrix thereby eliminating the need for a support core. The patented construction of this filter cartridge provides consistent filtration and eliminates pore size variability and media migration. The rigid construction also provides a three-dimensional fiber network that offers a high tolerance to differential pressures. This unique feature also prevents changes in the fiber matrix throughout the life of the filter providing for precise filtration and eliminating filter unloading. These Filters are one to one replacement for 3M (Cuno) Betapure, Chisso Filters ( CP Filters ), CED Filters, Paint Mix Room Filters etc.These are Equivalent to Chisso CP Filters. These Filters are used in CED Paint Shop in Top Coat & Base Coat, Paint Mix Room (PMR) etc.

Stainless steel cartridges are designed to overcome the temperature and chemical compatibility limitations of fabric or synthetic fiber media. This will offer very high temperature resistance & can withstand high differential pressure. Stainless steel cartridges are offered in SS 304, SS 316, & SS 316 L materials. These elements can be plain cylindrical or in pleated configuration to increase filtration area. Normally all stainless steel pleated & cylindrical filters are supported with coarser filter media to ensure no direct damages to main filtering media under process upsets. A bubble point test can be done to certify that no opening larger than the specified pore size exist in product joints or seams. No media migration occurs due to stainless steel material. These elements can be back washed & reused.
